process and shipping is horrible for the firefly 2 I ordered on 6 15 and still it is processing and getting an email to the company takes a week for them to read it I think it is starting to be overrated plastic mouth piece heard those go quick as in ruined quick just wish this company thought about it more to wait a month when I already paid for it is garbage I really hope it’s worth it or I’ll be getting my full refund

Good luck trying to any customer service out of them.
Mine was defective out of the box with a clogged bowl vapor path.
So far they’ve only sent two emails in the last 12 days essentially asking if I’m using it properly.
It’s an expensive, gimmicky piece of shit.
Do you know any other vape similiar to this one? Vaping without wasting the material?

@vapor review blog I do know on my grizzly guru it goes up to 475 and at that temp the bud combust so I’m guessing at 500 your bud combusted making that concentrate hit even harder right?
